Credit Insights

Credit Insights is a Pave Plus feature that shows the factors that are influencing your credit score. Alongside these factors are personalised actions you can take to help improve your overall credit health.

How Credit Insights Work

1. Once we successfully link your Pave account with your TransUnion credit file, you will see the four factors that are influencing your credit score. These will appear under your credit score dial:

1. • Credit Utilisation
   • Payment History
   • Defaults
   • Electoral Roll

(The information presented in the app is based off of the past six years of data from TransUnion)

2. Alongside each section, you will see personalised action steps you can take and the impact these suggested actions can have against your credit health. Below are examples of these influencing factors and the actions you can take based on your credit file:
