You can then use your spins to try your luck at winning a cash prize.
Everyone can play! If you have a free membership, you have access to limited actions that earn Rewards spins.
If you have a Lite or a Plus membership, you have access to streak challenges. We will look at your banking data and let you know which bill to pay on-time for 3 months in a row to complete a streak.
1 streak = 1 spin on the Reward Wheel.
Q & A
- I've won a cash prize on the Reward Wheel, when will I receive my reward?
A pay-out link will be generated in the app when you win. Just click this link and follow the instructions to claim your prize.
- I paid the correct bill on-time for 3 months in a row and won a spin, why can't I use it?
Please make sure your bank connection is active.
- I've completed an action that was not recommended to me on the Rewards page. Will I get a spin?
Only actions recommended on the Rewards page can get you a spin.
- Why haven't I won a prize?
Not every spin will land on a prize, keep completing streaks and one-off actions to win more spins!
- Why can't I win rewards for paying other bills?
We're continuing to learn how our members interact with Pave Rewards and we'd definitely like to extend it to cover more bills in the future. We'll let you know when we add other bills.
- How do I know my spin balance?
In the Rewards page you can see a count of all the spins you have available to use and this count is updated whenever you win a spin or use a spin on the Rewards wheel.
- Why can't I connect my bank?
We support most but not all banks, for more information please check our article Which bank providers can I connect to?
