What bills are eligible for Bills Protection?

Bills Protection can cover the following types of bills:

• Council tax
• Phone bill
• Utility bill
• Electronics & software subscriptions

To be eligible for Bills Protection, the bill must be:

• Paid on time every month for the past 6 months
• Paid by card, direct debit, standing order or continuous payment authority (personal transfers are not covered)

To see your eligible bills in the app, you can follow these steps:

1. Login to Pave
2. Tap Bills from the bottom menu
3. Go to Eligible Bills
