The Pave app is designed to focus mainly on your recurring income and expenses.
For a transaction to be recognised as recurring, it needs to follow a consistent pattern such as regular timing, similar amounts and merchant names.
If some of your bills are not being detected, it is very likely that these bills don't follow a clear pattern. Bill payments of varying dates and amounts will appear to the app as if they were a one-off payment.
We don't currently have a way of manually categorising your bills; however, our app becomes more intelligent the more it gets to know the pattern of your transactions. We review your account every 30 days to make sure new recurring transactions are recognised and factored into your eligibility.
