What format does my name need to be in?

What are the requirements for adding my name?

You should add your title, first name, and last name. These should be no more than 39 characters combined and must contain only the letters of the Latin alphabet, hyphens (‘-‘), and apostrophes(‘). 

Why do you need my name in this format?

For Pave Lite and Pave Plus memberships, we report your payment activity to Credit Reference Agencies so that you can build up your credit score while using the app. The format of your name has to meet the requirements of the Credit Reference Agencies so that we can help you build your score.

What should I do if my name is rejected?

If your full name is longer than 39 characters you may wish to use a shorter version or use common alternatives for characters that are not accepted. If you are still unsure you can get in touch with us for support.
