Some important things to be aware of:

If you have never had an active paid membership, you can close your account via the Pave app by following these steps:
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Under GDPR you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data and we take these requests very seriously. Please email team@paveapp.com to request this and we will get back to you within 45 days. If, however, we have used this information to make a lending decision (for example to give you access to Pave Lite, Pave Plus, Credit Boost, Flex Finance) we will need to retain some personal data to fulfil our legal obligations. The lawful basis for processing and retaining your data is due to entering into a contract (the credit agreement). As a result, we have an obligation to retain the information used for a minimum of six years. For more information about this see our privacy policy.
After verifying your identity, we will delete your Pave account and it will no longer be accessible. All your personal data associated with this account will also be deleted.
Account deletions usually take place within 24 hours and we will let you know as soon as this is complete.
